The Middle Eastern Culture and Dance Association(MECDA)'s annual belly dance festival, Cairo Caravan, comes to the Queen Mary again. Great dancers such as Colleena Shakti, Devilla, Paulina and Mandala Dance Works graced the stages of this three level, three day dance event.
